Refund Policy – Supplement Cartel
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. To inquire about eligibility for a return or exchange, please contact our support team at info@supplementscartel.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from returns:
- Perishable goods such as food or supplements
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to post.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@supplementscartel.com. Send your item to:
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the gift was not marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
