Please email info@supplementcartel.com regarding your return. Provide your name, the product, date of purchase, reason for return, and any images related to the issue. Our team will respond within 48 hours. Due to the nature of consumable items, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Returns of sealed items will be at Supplement Cartel's discretion.
Product returns are subject to our Terms of Service. In certain cases, Supplement Cartel may review a customer's account, purchase, and return history, and reserves the right to refuse service, deny a refund or claim, and/or prevent a customer from placing future orders on supplementcartel.com.
Note: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. No price adjustments will be made for prior purchases.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
We take great care when packaging orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if an item is damaged in transit, we understand your frustration and will promptly replace the product.
Important: If your items arrive damaged or defective, take pictures immediately and do not dispose of the items or packing materials until you've spoken with customer service. You will be asked to submit photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
For damaged items, please email us at info@supplementcartel.com with your name, order number, and details of the damaged product(s), and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
What do I do if my tracking shows delivered but it's not here?
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly with your tracking number. They can provide more information about the package's location. If your package is lost, you'll need to file a claim with the carrier. However, feel free to reach out to us at info@supplementcartel.com, and we’ll assist where possible.
